Baggage allowance is strictly 15kgs per person, ideally in soft bags.Execess baggage or freight will be charged at the prevailing rate and only subject to space availability. If a passenger(s) anticipates that they will have significant excess baggage then it is recommended that they book a 'freight' seat at the child fare which provides the confirmed carriage of an extra 75kgs of baggage. Check in time for all domestic flights are one hour to the departure time. Scheduled air flights to Loisaba, Naivasha, Kiwayu, Shaba, and Tsavo West will require minimum 2 seats booked to be able to service those destinations. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and any amendments done within 120 hours will be charged at usd50=00 per ticket on domestic flights to the national parks and game reserves. Cancellation fees are applicable and the carrier has the right to change departure times due to operational or safety reasons.Thecarrier is not responsible for any direct or consequential costs resulting from any delays to its services and particularly if a delay results in missing a connection to another carrier-domestic or international .Seats are restricted 'utility size and larger passengers well above an average weight will find them uncomfortable. In such circumstances it is recommended that for both safety and comfort reasons an extra seat is booked at the child fare.
